Welcome to the 6 Elements of Health & Happiness!
Many times when trying to improve our wellness we focus solely on diet and/or exercise. Unfortunately, many of us fail because we neglect to address other areas of our lives that drive unhealthy behaviors and we struggle to create the change we need. In order to truly feel balanced and healthy we must address the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, and occupational elements of our lives.
Each month we will explore a different element of wellness in our workshops. In each workshop you will:
- Be educated on how that specific element is affecting your well-being.
- Learn new tools to improve this specific area of your life.
- Work through setting individualized specific and realistic goals with these tools.
- Be inspired to put those goals in motion!
